Shipping restrictions due to BREXIT?
Due to Brexit regulations we can't offer shipping to the United Kingdom at the moment. Our team is currently working on a solution so shipping to the UK will be possbile again - approximately end of Q1 2021. There are mainly some bureaucratic hurdles that have to be overcome. We will update you as soon as UK shipping is active again. Thanks for your understanding and patience!
Can I pick up my order instore?
We don't offer click and collect so you can't pick up your stuff instore. We ship all sendings out of our external warehouse.
Germany: DHL Shipping Costs: 15,00 $. If you pay via Cash on delivery +15,00 $. Orders above 1000 $ are free within Germany.
EU/other Countries: Shipping with UPS Express Saver / DHL Express, prices will be calculated during order process regarding Quantity and Country.
Republic of China (Taiwan)
Due to the current situation regarding the outbreak of Sars-CoV-2 (Corona Virus) there are delivery restrictions from DHL Express, which we cannot influence. Therefore some deliveries can take longer than usual!
We ship the ordered item(s) at the same day we receive the payment for your order and you will get an email with the tracking information for your order. Local Tax / Customs may occur, which is not in our responsibility.
International: 7-15 Business Days
Due to the global outbreak of SARS-CoV-2 (Corona-Virus), there have been impacts to our logistical operations. We want to reassure all customers that their orders are still being processed by our logistics team. However, there may be delays in delivery due to the current situation. With that in mind, please understand that we are doing everything that we can to ensure all our customers receive their orders quickly and reliably.
Do you ship "instore only" releases or can I preorder them?
Sorry, but we don't have any possibility to sell "instore" - products or releases out of our stores and we don't take any preorders.

Can I have my package delivered to another address?

- For security reasons it is unfortunately not possible for us to change your delivery address after you have already completed your order.
- If you are not there to receive your package, our delivery partner will leave you a notification with the information when a new delivery will take place or where you can pick up your package.
