At thegoodwillout.com we continue to handle all orders normally, so the shipment should reach its destination without any delay.

In times of high volume of orders (during sales, promotions, limited releases, Black Friday, etc.) please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a second email with a shipping confirmation and your shipment's tracking number.

DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS: The standard delivery time may be affected during special periods such as Christmas, sales or one-time offers, due to the high volume of orders.

Our stock is distributed among several warehouses. If your order consists of several items, you may receive more than one package.

TAXES AND DUTIES: All shipments to United States are Delivery Duty Paid - There will be no additional charges when your order arrives.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS: Our orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes or military bases.

We are currently unable to ship to certain countries because they don't allow us to offer the best experience due to issues with customs. We keep on working to include more destinations.

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in United States,The orders will be shipped through UPS or DHL. You will receive an email with tracking details of your order as soon as it is processed.
